Menorquin Pudding

If some of you want to make it, it's very easy.
Ingredients
2 sticks of bread
1 l of milk
2 eggs
sugar (between 1 and 2 glasses of sugar, what do you prefer)
some cinnamon
some raisis
Procedure
You have to heat the milk and put the bread into. Mix the pastry with eggs, sugar, cinnamon and raises. Put it into an oven bowl and finally put some cinnamon, sugar and oil on it.
Put it on the oven during 1 hour (more or less) at 180 grades.
Enjoy your meal

FRITTERS

I want to give you a recipe of typical desert reciepe from Menorca for the 1st of November

Ingredients
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
100 g of fat
400 g of potatoes
Yeast
And finally, the necessary flour to have a soft pastry

Procedure
Leave the pastry in a bowl for 30 min and make fritters with a hole in the middle.
Finally fry it and put some honey on top of the fritter.
You must eat them cold.

A good summarize

I would write about how to make a good summarize because it's a very important thing.
When I went to school, teachers thought us to study making a brief map of the lesson, but a lot of child couldn't do it. I think it's difficult to make a good summarize.
First of all, you have to read the lesson, article, review... a pair of things and mark all words and sentences you don't understand for have a global vision. Later you look for all you don't understand and you write main ideas in a sheet of paper.
Secondly, you write an abstract to organize your ideas.
Finally, you revise it and change words with synonymous and antonymous.

The goal is understand and learn the most important things.

PRESENTATION AND COMMENTS ABOUT NATALIE’S VIDEO

I can start saying that I’m a girl of 26 years old, I’m from Menorca and I’m living here in Barcelona for 8 years but firstly, I would like to argue about Natalie’s video.

Nowadays people are very worried about their healthy wich includes cholesterol, bad fats, bad digestions, sugar.... Natalie’s video explains and teaches us how improve our diary diet with Sprouts.
Legumes are a very important food because as Natalie says, they have a lot of proteins, vitamins and they are low in calories. But they have two big problems from my point of view. The first is their predisposition to cause gas and stomach problems and the second thing are child; usually they hate them, I can’t understand the reason but I did the same when I was a child.
One of these two problems can remediate. Gas can be suppress eating Sprouts but not the second problem, a child will never eat Sprouts.
But I think Sprouts and Legums are awesome.

Now, I’m going to speak about me. I can’t tell you my name, I’m sorry, but I’m going to explain all I can about my daily life, costumes, traditions and hobbies.
I studied Chemistry at the University of Barcelona, later I did a Masters in the CSIC and now I’m doing my PhD about Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry; specifically I’m studying and researching about antioxidants; those molecules includes in tea, fruits and vegetables in big quantities.

I’m living in the center of town in a small but very comfortable flat, I’m sharing it with my boyfriend. We are living together since four months, before I lived eight years with my friends.

About my hobbies, I love traveling very much, I would like to go around the world but I think that I have to wait for some years because my scholarship does not allow me to do so. But I have visited Paris, Holland, Rome, Praha, Budapest, Fuerteventura, San Sebastian, Madrid, Castilla La Mancha... but I’m very happy to it.
I like painting so much but I need to do some classes.

I’m going to write about my home, Menorca. It’s very beautiful, exceptional, quiet and lovely. I like very much to go there, to go to the beach, woods, to visit prehistoric monuments and to be with my family, with my dad, mum and brother; I miss them.
